Internet Business Training Program

What is the best Internet Business Training Program?

There are so many options available to you for an Internet Business Training Program, that it would take an entire book to talk about them, and that’s just the good ones!

As for which internet business training program is the best, well it is really about which is the best for you. And to establish that first you need to determine exactly what it is you want to achieve with your internet business.

From there you can then identify what sort of training you need and then review the programs that will best meet those needs.

For example, you will have a different set of needs for a service orientated business to a product based one. And then if you have a physical product, that will be different to products like software, music and ebooks, that do not need to have a physical product delivered.

In all of the above, will you be selling your own products or other peoples as an agent or affiliate? Is your internet business an entity on its own or does it link to your offline business?  Will you need to set up an e-commerce store? What is your budget?

Once you have considered these things, you will be on your way to working out what your online presence will look like an subsequently what areas you will need training in.

One of the key factors is what is your budget. If you have a reasonable budget then I would recommend you simply do a course that demonstrates the big picture of establishing an internet business. This will allow you to understand what needs to be done and then to outsource the actual work.

If on the other hand like so many people that are seeking an internet business training program, you have either no or a very small budget to work with, then your progress will be slower and you will need to learn more the actual work required to establish and market your business.

To this end your focus should be entirely on generating a cash flow as quickly as possible. This will do 3 things;

  1. Give you a great sense of achievement, satisfaction and confidence.
  2. Provide a cash flow allowing you to begin outsourcing some work
  3. Provide a cash flow to further extend your education

There are many aspects to establishing an internet business, so it is very easy to get caught up in trying to do it all at once. The end result is normally disasterous. So here is what I recommend you do. Start a blog with the topic being either something about your business idea, or just for fun and to use as a learning phase, pick a topic that you have a passion for. A good idea is always a sport or hobby that you are in to.

I have two places to recomend to you that provide excellent quality training, one is free, and the other is $27.00.

You can pick up a copy of “Building a Business Not A Blog” at a web site called “John Cow” for free. Now I know it may seem a bit unusual to be taking advice from a Cow, but this training guide is definitely one of the best I have read, and certainly the best free one. It is around 150 pages long but gives you a good step by step process that is totally focussed on cash generation.

The other recomendation I have is the $27.00 one by Expert Wordpress. This is a membership but you only pay once. Wordpress is one of the most common Blog platforms and is really easy to use. What Expert Wordpress offers is a pre formated system that makes optimising your blog so that Google Yahoo and MSN can easily find it a breeze.

The training that is included is mostly videos and is awesome, and in reality I would have been happy to pay the fee just to get the video training. The support is also outstanding.

The two options cover some common ground as you would expect. I assume that you will be likely to start with the John Cow option, and that is absolutely understandable. It is a bit of a read and it will take you some time to get through. The first half is really about good research practises and will definitely help you understand what to do prior to setting up your blog.

However when it comes to optimising your blog, the expert wordpress option will save you many hours, and I highly recomend spending the cash before you actually start your first blog.

So good luck and here are the links again:
