We recognize that todays fast paced lifestyle, with an emphasis on instant gratification is in conflict with most health and fitness advice.

Our vision is that our common sense and practical solutions will empower you the consumer to achieve your health and fitness goals despite the distractions of our instant gratification society.

We achieve this by delivering practical solutions that allow you to learn how you can have your cake and eat it - just not all of it!

A bit about our director;

Steve Roberts lives in Sydney Australia. His early life was spent in many regional areas throughout NSW as his family followed their fathers career progressions.

He has always been passionate about playing sport and like most youngsters dreamed of one day playing for his country. In July 2008 he achieved that goal by being selected in the Australian over 45 hockey side.

This goal obviously took some time to achieve, and this demonstrates Steve’s persistence and determination to succeed. This has been achieved despite an unfortunate and supposedly career ending ruptured disk in is back when aged just 21.

His recent success at both a state level for NSW over the past 6 years, and now at a national level has led to an extra passion for health and fitness, as he strives to learn how to maintain a high level of health and fitness while attending to the demands of a busy life with family and business, taking up much of the available time.

As a result he has become committed to sharing how he has not only been able to give up smoking, loose around 25 pounds but also maintain a level of health and fitness that has allowed him to finally achieve a childhood dream.

We hope that at least some of Steve’s common sense and practical concepts will be of relevance to you and that they will help you achieve your own life goals.
