How To Loose Weight Fast - And Keep It Off!
Ok so you are reading this because you want to loose weight, you want to keep that weight off and you
want to do all of that as fast as you can.
Fair enough, I can understand all of that, it makes perfectly good sense. BUT lets take a look at some
facts and see if we can’t get find some common ground where by you can have your cake and eat it so to
speak!
The Facts;
Fast weight loss means you will loose fluid and or muscle not fat.
Long term weight loss requires a complete change in your aproach to food.
Long term weight loss can only be achieved with long term changes to dietary intake.
Fast weight loss normally results in an equal or greater amount of fast weight gain!
There are many more facts I could list for you that bdemonstrate the contradiction between fast weight
loss and long term weight loss.
But I go back to my statement that “it makes perfectly good sense” that you want to achieve both fast
and long term weight loss.
So rather than lecture you on why that can not happen, I have come to the conclusion that since so
many of you want to achieve those 2 goals, that I should come up with a plan on how to give you the
best chance of success.
And lets face it, what can be a better motivator to long term success tahn to have some fantastic
short term results. I have certainly achieved the same sense of motivation in many aspects of my life.
So in a nut shell here is what I have come up with;
Get your head around the fact that you have learn’t bad eating and exercise patterns and that must
change - FOREVER.
get yourself a mentor or partner. But here is the trick, do not make it your best friend, unless they
are also someone who will challenge you. You do not want a yes person, you need someone who will tell
you to get up off the ground and stick to the plan, when all you really want is for someone to give
you a cuddle. You need someone who has the guts to be cruel to be kind…
If you really want some great short term results, understnad that in many ways they will be
superficial results, ie you will be loosing fluid and or muscle - not fat.
Then choose your plan and comit to it. You might decide on a detox of some description, I recommend

Or there is nothing wrong with choosing a diet like Fat Loss For Idiots or a vegetarian diet like

Just bear in mind that a dramatic change to your normal diet is the single biggest reason why most
people fail in their desire for long term weight loss. So treat this first stage as simply one of
transition.
Give it 2 goals, one to loose some weight to get you motivated. But more importantly as an opportunity
to break the cycle of your normal eating patterns.
And here lies the secret to long term weight loss. Changing your eating patterns to combine both the
flavours you like to eat, with a calorie intake that will firstly reduce your weight (fat), and once
you have achieved your desired weight, keep it at that level.
