How To Loose Weight Fast For That Special Occasion.

So you have a wedding, birthday party or some other special reason for wanting to drop a size or 2 as

fast as you can.

The best way to achieve this is to do a detox diet followed by a highly restrictive diet. Not a very

pleasant process to go through and not ideal for long term weight loss - but very effective, if you

can stick with it.

The real trick is that if it is such an important occassion that you just must loose some weight

really fast, then I assume it is an event that you would also really like to enjoy once the date comes

around.

So that means the key is to combine a dramatic loss in weight while also giving you the neccessary

energy to actually enjoy the occassion once it arrives.
And lets face it what the point in looking good to others if you don’t actually get to enjoy yourself!

With that in mind here is the outline for the plan, and it does depend on how much time you have, but

for the purpose of the exercise I have assumed 4 weeks;
Week 1; Detox - I like master clense as the best detox.
week 2 and 3; Restrictive diet, try Warp Speed Weight Loss or The Diet Solution Program.
Wekk 4; Energy boosting diet, I have not found anything to recommend so here is an outline of what I

recommend;
Breakfast; as soon as you wake up a glass of water
after you shower a piece of fruit, bannana, apple or pears are great and easy

Early Morning tea 10am; A piece of brown bread or grain bread, no butter just honey or jam on

top

Late Morning Tea 11-30am; A yogurt smoothie. Low fat yogurt, piece of fruit, rolled oates and

water

Lunch 1 pm; ham, chicken or fish with salad - lettuce, carrots, tomatoes,

cucumber, snow peas, the list goes on - just do it!!!

Afternoon tea 2-30; Another yogurt smoothie OR piece of brown or grain bread with no

butter but honey or jam.

Late afternoon tea 4pm: Chew on some raw vegetables, carrots, celery, capsicum.

Dinner no later than 7-30pm; Same format as lunch, keep it light but vary it from what you had at

lunch, its only a week but no need to bore yourself and stray from the plan.

So there you have it you can pretty much eat all day long but it must be super healthy and at the end

of the week you will be able to let your hair down big time.

For an extra boost to you staying and recovery ability, start taking a multi vitamin designed for you

sex, plus a vitamin b suppliment in week one to make sure that your body retains as much balance as

possible while it goes through some fairly dramatic changes.
