I am not much of a fan of detox plans, however if you are keen to try one, having a wide variety of juice of fruits and vegetables will provide your body with lots of enzymes, micro nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
The best method to use juice recipes for weight loss is to take them for morning and afternoon tea, and if you are happy to, for breaky and prior to dinner.
The positives are two fold from the perspective of losing weight:
-They are a really easy way to have a huge portion of your fruit and vegetable requirement, ensuring that your body is receiving the nutrients it requires.
-They are fantastic for delaying hunger pains and aid you to have smaller portions for your regular meals.

One cup of greens
A fresh tomato
1 x tablespoon of parsley
One x tablespoon of chives
3 to 4 carrots
A couple of slices of fresh apple
1/2 a teaspoon of ginger
Entrée to Dinner;
3 to 4 carrots
1/2 a teaspoon of ginger
1 x dash of garlic
A couple of stalks of celery
A cup of parsley or mixed leafy greens.
