By eating snacks with a little more protein rather than carbohydrates you are less likely to feel hungry in between meals. This is because protein takes longer to digest, so your stomach has food in it for longer.
Simple things like having slightly less sugar in your tea or coffee or eliminating sugar altogether will help you to lose weight. Another great example is swapping that 3pm mars bar, for a protein bar. In this case you still get a great tasting snack but with a massive calorie saving!
